Tipping isn't required, but it’s a fantastic way to show some love for our amazing guides! They work hard to make your tour unforgettable, and a $5-10 tip per person is always appreciated if you enjoyed the ride.

Our adventures start and end at Bikes and Blades Rentals, 718 Denman St. It’s the perfect spot to begin and wrap up your journey!

We like to keep things intimate, so our tours usually have 4-15 riders. This way, you get a more personal experience and plenty of attention from your guide.

Absolutely! We make a pit stop in Stanley Park where you can grab some coffee, juice, pastries, and maybe even a souvenir or two. There’s also a place to refill your water bottle.

You can cancel for a full refund if you give us at least 24 hours' notice before your tour. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour, as we need to compensate our guides.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign the waiver and get fitted for your bike and helmet. We start on time to make sure everyone has a great experience. Running late? Give us a call, and we'll try to help you catch up.

A little rain won’t stop us! We’re Vancouverites, after all. Our tours run rain or shine. Dress for the weather, and we'll provide light ponchos if needed. You can also cancel up to 24 hours in advance if the forecast looks bad.

Safety first! We provide helmets for all riders, and they’re mandatory on our tours.

You’ll be cycling for about 2.5 hours on mostly flat paths, with some gentle hills and plenty of stops. Worried about the effort? Consider upgrading to an E-Bike for an extra boost.

Yes, we’ve got you covered! There’s a bathroom breaks along our way. Heads up: there are no restrooms at our starting point, so please go before you arrive.

We do not offer parking on-site, but there is an EasyPark at 451 Denman St. Please plan to park for at least 4 hours.
