Liabilities: I understand that my participation in any activities, tours, or rentals with Bikes and Blades Tours will require me to sign a liability waiver which will limit my ability to sue the company for any reason including bodily injury or death. All members of my party will sign the release of liability on their own, and a parent/legal guardian will sign on behalf of any minors.
